Type: I40' ISO Flatrack with Well Deck for Logs (Type 17)
The Type 17 is called the Log-Rac, being a purpose built ruggedized flatrack for the carriage of logs, pipes and timber. These are containerized within the well formed in the base and adjustable stanchions along each side. The stanchions can be folded down across the well to form a flat level superstructure to support general cargo. This patented flatrack has gooseneck tunnel at each end and could be adapted to carry flexible tanks within the base for water and fuel All important spare parts are available as they have been for more than 20 years.
